  • · Convert Existing Kitchen into Family Room – Relocate New Kitchen
  • · Addition to also include New Office & New Three Car Garage with Hobby Room Above.

Architectural Highlights:

  • · Heavy timber beams and columns at New Kitchen.
  • · Heavy timber beams and columns at New Covered Deck.
  • · Relocate Laundry Room – Use space as new Walk-In Pantry.
  • · Steel framed stair system with concrete steps at New Covered Deck.
