Residential Home Design
Residential Home Design services offered by Richard Perkins, Inc. begin with an interview process that verifies the client’s wants and needs. After developing a project program, schematic designs are produced for the client’s review. These schematic designs are then developed into more detailed design solutions that are acceptable to the client. Once the client has approved the design solution, Construction Documents are produced in CAD format. The construction documents will provide the contractor with the necessary information to construct the project. If necessary, Richard Perkins, Inc. will coordinate the construction documents with a Structural Engineer to meet codes required by the pertaining Building Permitting Department.
Interior Design – Residential & Commercial
Interior Design services offered by Richard Perkins, Inc. include space planning, lighting design, custom cabinetry design, custom interior trim / molding design, interior finish schedules, and handicap accessibility code requirements.
Construction Administration
